Voyage Luxe Privé Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The Voyage Luxe Privé Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to all customers who register for an account on the Stef Mouchie website.
2. Enrollment
- Customers may enroll in the Program by signing up through our website and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment is voluntary and free of charge.
3. Earning Points
- Members earn points for each dollar spent on eligible purchases at Stef Mouchie. Points are credited to your account upon the completion of a purchase. Returns, refunds, and cancelled orders will result in points being deducted accordingly.
4. Reward Tiers
- The Program includes multiple tiers, each offering distinct benefits and rewards. Members advance to higher tiers based on the points they accumulate:
- Explorer Tier:** 700 points
- Adventure Tier:** 2,500 points (Coming soon)
- Globetrotter Tier:** 5,000 points (Coming soon)
- Each tier offers increased benefits, including access to exclusive sales, special member events, and priority customer service.
5. Redeeming Rewards
- Points can be redeemed for rewards such as flights, and many other rewards will be added to the program. To redeem points, members must call 1-877-MOU-CHIE to arrange their rewards. The rewards available depend on the member's tier and the number of points accrued.
- The total value of the rewards redeemed cannot exceed $2,500 per transaction. If the value of the flight booked is within this cap, members may be eligible for an upgrade to first class, subject to availability.
- Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the member. No cash alternative is available.
6. Expiration of Points
- Points do not expire, but the rewards available can vary depending on the season and availability.
7. Program Modifications and Termination
- Stef Mouchie reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of the Program—including the rewards structure—at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect the member's ability to use the points or benefits they have already accumulated.
- Stef Mouchie may terminate the Program at any time, upon reasonable notice to active members, where possible. In the event of termination, members will have a specified period to redeem their remaining points.
8. Privacy
- The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with the Stef Mouchie Privacy Policy, including to manage your membership in the Program, to contact you about the Program, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Agreement to Terms
- By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions and any changes or modifications made to them. You also agree to review the terms periodically to ensure awareness of any modifications.
