Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open only to customers residing in the United States and Canada.
• Excluded regions: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador due to high travel costs.

Redemption Rules:

• Points earned from purchases can only be redeemed 30 days after the purchase date.
• Redemption is valid for flight bookings, hotel stays, or exclusive offers outlined in our rewards program.

Adding a Guest:

• The program is designed for one traveler only.
• If customers wish to add a second traveler, they must inform us at info@stefmouchie.com  prior to booking.
• Customers are responsible for paying the fare or accommodation price difference for the additional guest.

Redemption Restrictions:

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
• Points must be redeemed for eligible flights and stays as defined in the reward tiers.

Reward Tier Rules:

• Redemption applies to the following tiers:
  1. City Escape: Flight only.
  2. Parisian Retreat: Flight + 2-night stay at Hotel.
  3. Paris in Style: Flight + 2-night stay + private driver for 20 hours.

Exclusions:

• Customers are responsible for their own travel insurance, meals, and additional costs incurred during their trip.
• Blackout dates for reward redemption include major holidays, high-demand seasons, and event-specific peak periods in advertised location.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation after redemption will result in the forfeiture of points.
• Rescheduling is possible within the same reward tier but may incur additional charges depending on availability.

Program Modifications:

• Stef Mouchie reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
