How It Works

1. DM Us to Start – Send us a message on Instagram, Facebook, or another social platform with photos of the item(s) you’d like to trade in.
2. Receive an Offer – We’ll review your items and provide a gift card offer based on brand, condition, and resale potential.
3. Ship or Drop Off –
   • Toronto residents: Enjoy free pickup at your convenience.
   • Outside Toronto: You can either mail in your items using your own shipping label or request a discounted label from us. If we provide the label, the cost will be deducted from your gift card value.
4. Get Rewarded – Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll issue a Stef Mouchie gift card that can be used toward any new purchase.

Trade-In Guidelines

✔ Items must be in good condition—clean, free of major damage, and ready for a new home.
✔ We accept select brands and styles in line with our aesthetic and quality standards.
✔ Gift card value is based on item condition, desirability, and market demand.
✔ If an item is not accepted upon inspection, we can return it to you at your cost or responsibly recycle it.
